CARE: Our Nairobi backpack It's preferable to wash it by hand so it lasts longer, but It can be put in the washing machine on a cold cycle and without spinning.. You can iron it No problem, but Don't put it in the dryer, Because it contains cotton, it may shrink.

Una vez tu pedido esté preparado y recogido por la agencia, te llegará un mail con el seguimiento de tu pedido. Si estás registrada/o podrás consultar el estado de tu pedido en tu perfil.
PRODUCTOS BORDADOS
Información importante sobre el bordado
- Los productos bordados NO tienen devolución
- Los neceseres tienen un mini bolsillo de 3,5 cm sin cremallera en el interior que si se bordan, quedará inutilizado
Importante: el pedido se borda pasadas las pocas horas tras la realización del pedido (pero en épocas con promoción puede conllevar 2 días de retraso a veces), por eso es importante revisar lo siguiente antes:
- El color elegido
- Los espacios entre letras hacen que el bordado sea más pequeño
- Se bordará exactamente el texto introducido, con puntos, mayúsculas o minúsculas.
- Se recomienda elegir el mismo color de la cremallera, especificado en la descripción.
- En el carrito tiene que aparecer un producto llamado "Personalización" y el texto personalizado que estará asociado al producto bordado. Si se da a aumentar la cantidad de este producto, no saldrán dos productos bordados.
- Si llega sin bordar siempre es por haber eliminado productos personalizados del carrito. Es importante no hacer esto ya que la devolución correrá por parte del cliente.
- Para tener dos productos bordados iguales, hay que hacer los dos por separado e ir añadiendo al carrito.
- Si el pedido llega sin bordar, será por haber manipulado varias veces el carrito y se tendrá que hacer el pedido de nuevo y mandar el antiguo a nuestros almacenes.
