We ship from Madrid to the rest of the world.
If you place your order Monday through Thursday before 11 a.m., we'll try to ship your order that same day, although sometimes, due to volume, it may be delayed an extra day.
For embroidered products, we try to ship them the same day, but at most, they ship within 48 hours of placing the order.

Follow-up
Once your order is prepared and picked up by the agency, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you're registered, you can check the status of your order in your profile.
Embroidered products
Important information about embroidery
- Embroidered products are NOT returnable.
Important: Your order will be embroidered within a few hours of being placed (but during promotional periods, this can sometimes take up to two days), so it's important to check the following beforehand:
- The chosen color
- Spaces between letters make the embroidery smaller
- The text entered will be embroidered exactly, with dots, uppercase or lowercase.
- It is recommended to choose the same color as the zipper, specified in the description.
- The cart must include a product named "Personalization" and the personalized text that will be associated with the embroidered product. If you increase the quantity of this product, two embroidered products will not be displayed.
- If it arrives unembroidered, it's always because you removed personalized items from your cart. It's important not to do this, as the refund will be borne by the customer.
- To have two identical embroidered products, you must make both separately and add them to your cart.
- If the order arrives unembroidered, it will be due to the cart being handled several times and the order will have to be reordered and the old one sent to our warehouses.
