We ship from Madrid to the rest of the world.
If you place your order from Monday to Thursday before 11am, your order will ship that same day.
Even for custom orders, we try to ship them the same day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is prepared and picked up by the agency, you will receive an email with your order tracking information. If you are registered, you can check the status of your order in your profile.
Product embroidery
Important information about embroidery
- Embroidered products are non-returnable.
Important: Orders are embroidered within a few hours of being placed (but during promotional periods, there may be a 2-day delay), so it's important to check the following beforehand:
- The chosen color
- The spaces between letters make the embroidery smaller.
- The text entered will be embroidered exactly, with periods, uppercase or lowercase letters.
- It is recommended to choose the same color as the zipper, as specified in the description.
- The shopping cart must contain a product called "Personalization" and the custom text that will be associated with the embroidered product. Increasing the quantity of this product will not display two embroidered items.
- If the item arrives without embroidery, it's always because you removed personalized items from your cart. It's important not to do this, as the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- To have two identical embroidered products, you have to make both separately and add them to the cart.
- If the order arrives without embroidery, it will be because the cart has been handled several times and the order will have to be placed again and the old one sent to our warehouses.
